My First Post

Here we go with our very own blog. Thanks to my awesome daughter Tiffany for getting it all set for me. Now I will be able to keep my online friends up to date on what is going on with my life as well as start blogging my weight loss journey. So here goes nothing!

    So Care Bare i started a blog too. Mine isn't as fancy as yours but I don't know how to make it so cool as you do. So I check your blog daily as I work on mine and get to it sista!! i want to read more stuff! how's it going? Have you started to train yet?
